The practice of law is a time honored profession, that is dependent upon keeping clients happy and addressing real issues with aggression, knowledge of applicable law and a healthy dose of common sense.  Clint Phillips and his staff have over four decades of experience in the legal profession and value all clients, large and small.  Clint recognizes that all cases are important to the clients and makes sure his staff members treat both cases and client accordingly.

Litigate is defined by Webster's New World Dictionary as "to contest in a lawsuit." The definition is cold, clinical and fails to identify any connection with the one word that we feel should be most often associated with the process: heart. Heart makes a litigator stay up late at night to study the facts harder than the adversary. Heart makes a litigator place the client's interests above his own. And heart helps a litigator accept victory with humility and deliver bad news with empathy. We strive to walk in the door every morning with heart.
